Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Payment is taken at checkout through Razorpay, which accepts UPI, debit and credit cards, and netbanking. We do not store your card details.

Cash on delivery is not available at present. We may introduce it later.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm dispatch. We may decline an order if an item is out of stock, if a price or description was listed in error, or if we suspect fraudulent use of a payment method. Where we decline, you are refunded in full.

Product descriptions

We describe our kits as accurately as we can. Because parts are printed and cut in small batches, colours and finishes may vary slightly from the photographs on the site. The finished piece will also vary with how it is assembled — that is the nature of a handmade build.

Safe use

Our kits are intended for ages 14 and above. They contain small parts and rigid tubes, and assembly requires scissors or a craft knife, which are not included. Younger builders should be supervised by an adult. The finished model is a decorative display piece, not a toy, and is not flame-retardant — keep it away from diyas, candles and other open flames.

Intellectual property

The designs, artwork, instructions, photographs and text on this site belong to The Hidden Draft. You are welcome to build our kits, photograph your build, and share it anywhere you like — we would love to see it. You may not reproduce, resell or manufacture our designs, or use our artwork commercially, without written permission.

Shipping, refunds and cancellations

See our Shipping Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Liability

Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Gurgaon, Haryana.
