Where we ship

We ship across India. We do not currently ship internationally.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on all orders within India. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days of payment confirmation. Delivery usually takes a further 3 to 7 working days depending on your location. Remote pincodes may take longer.

Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 6:00 PM IST are processed the next working day.

During festival periods, courier networks slow down across the country. We will flag any expected delay on the website and by email.

Courier partners

We ship through Shiprocket, which assigns your order to one of its partner couriers based on your pincode and parcel size. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order leaves us.

Packaging

Kits ship in a plain brown corrugated box with a single branded sticker on the top face. We keep printing off the box deliberately — it keeps the packaging recyclable and the cost in the kit rather than the wrapper.

Incorrect addresses and failed delivery

Please check your delivery address and phone number carefully before placing an order. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or nobody was available across the courier’s delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A redelivery charge may apply.

Damaged in transit

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph it before opening and write to us within 48 hours. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for what happens next.
