Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect when you use thehiddendraft.in, why we collect it, and who else sees it. We are a small business and we collect as little as we can get away with.

What we collect

• When you order: your name, delivery address, email address and phone number.
• When you pay: nothing. Payment is handled entirely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• When you write to us: your email address or phone number and whatever you tell us.
• When you browse: standard technical information such as your IP address, browser and pages visited.

Why we collect it

To process and deliver your order, to answer your questions, to issue GST-compliant invoices as the law requires, and to keep the site working. If you have opted in, we also use your email address to tell you when a new kit is ready. Every such email has an unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run the business:

• Razorpay — to take payment
• Shiprocket and its partner couriers — to deliver your order
• Zoho — for our email and accounting
• Hostinger — who host this website

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for anyone else’s advertising.

Cookies

This site uses cookies to keep your cart working and to remember you while you check out. Your browser settings let you block or delete them, though checkout may stop working if you do.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for as long as GST and income tax law requires. Everything else we delete when it is no longer needed.

Your choices

Write to support@thehiddendraft.in and you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, or unsubscribe from our emails. We respond within one working day.

Children

Our kits are for ages 14 and above, and orders should be placed by an adult. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us their details, write to us and we will delete them.
