Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The Hidden Draft, Sohna, Haryana, India. Contact: support@thehiddendraft.in

2. Promotion period

Entries open 10 October 2026 and close at 11:59 PM IST on 19 October 2026. Entries received after this time are not eligible.

3. Eligibility

Open to residents of India only. Entrants must be 14 years or older. If an entrant is under 18, their parent or legal guardian must register and claim on the entrant’s behalf — the entrant may build and post, but the parent or guardian is the one submitting the entry, responding to notification, and receiving the prize in their own name. Employees of The Hidden Draft and their immediate families are not eligible.

4. How to enter — no purchase necessary

There are two ways to enter, and both are weighted equally in the draw:

• Photo entry. Post a photo or video of a completed The Hidden Draft build to a public Instagram, Facebook or YouTube account, tag our official account, and include #MakeYourOwnRavana.
• Free entry. Send an email to support@thehiddendraft.in with the subject line “Giveaway Entry” and your full name and city. No purchase, and no posted photo, is required for this route.

One entry per person, regardless of route. Multiple posts do not increase your chance of winning.

5. Prize

Ten (10) winners will each receive one (1) The Next Draft — our upcoming kit — free of charge, including delivery within India. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product. If The Next Draft is unavailable for any reason, we will substitute a product of equal or greater value.

6. Selection of winners

Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries. The draw will take place on 20 October 2026 and the decision of The Hidden Draft is final.

7. Notification and claim

Winners will be announced on our Instagram stories on 20 October 2026 and contacted directly. If the winner is under 18, we will only correspond with their parent or legal guardian from this point on. The winner (or their parent or guardian, where applicable) must respond with a valid Indian delivery address within 14 days of notification. Unclaimed prizes will be redrawn.

8. Use of your content

By entering via the photo route, you grant The Hidden Draft a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reshare your submitted photo or video on our website and social channels, with credit to your handle. You keep ownership of your content. You confirm the content is your own and that anyone identifiable in it has agreed to appear. If you want your content removed at any point, email us and we will take it down.

9. Content standards

We may disqualify any entry that is offensive, unlawful, infringes someone else’s rights, or is not a genuine photo of a completed build.

10. Platform disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, or YouTube. You are providing your information to The Hidden Draft, not to these platforms.

11. Privacy

We use entry details only to run this giveaway and deliver prizes. Email addresses submitted to the early-access list are used only to notify you of The Next Draft launch. See our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe or request deletion at any time via support@thehiddendraft.in

12. Changes

We may amend these terms or cancel the promotion if circumstances outside our control require it. Any change will be posted on this page.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
